One team for the whole valley

Sunnyvale Water Filtration works across Sunnyvale and the cities around it: Mountain View, Santa Clara, Cupertino, Los Altos, Los Altos Hills, Palo Alto, North San Jose, Campbell, Saratoga, Milpitas and Los Gatos.

Most of the valley drinks treated water from regional suppliers, blended with local groundwater in some cities, and disinfected with chloramine. Up in the foothills a few properties still run on private wells. We plan each visit for the water an area is likely to have, then confirm it with readings at the tap.

How we keep windows short

Local timing

We know when Lawrence Expressway backs up and when 280 is the faster way to Saratoga. Schedules account for both.

Neighborhood batching

Measuring visits and installs are grouped by area, which is what keeps most arrival windows to two hours.

The right kit every time

City-water visits carry hardness, chloramine and TDS kits. Foothill well visits add iron, manganese, pH and a bacteria sample.

How booking works

Call (408) 831-7890 with your cross streets and what you are noticing. We check which day a route is already near you and offer a two-hour window, usually within a few business days.

Foothill wells and commercial kitchens get a longer first visit because there is more to measure. We tell you that when you book so the timing is never a surprise.
