Salt-Free Water Conditioners
Salt-Free Water Conditioners in Sunnyvale
No-salt scale control for townhomes, condos and houses across Sunnyvale and Santa Clara.

What a conditioner does, and what it does not
Salt-free water conditioners in Sunnyvale use template-assisted crystallization media. Hardness minerals form tiny stable crystals as water passes through, so they are much less likely to stick as scale inside pipes, water heaters and fixtures. There is no salt, no brine discharge and no electricity.
The trade-off: a conditioner does not remove hardness. Water still tests hard, glass can still spot, and soap behaves like it does in hard water. For moderate hardness, especially where protecting a tankless heater is the main goal, it works well. For hard water with visible spotting complaints, a softener usually performs better.
Conditioners also suit HOA communities with rules about brine discharge and households limiting sodium. We measure first and tell you plainly which side of the line your water falls on.
A good way to think about it: a softener changes the water, a conditioner changes how the minerals behave. If what bothers you is what you can see, such as spotting on dark tile or glass, you probably want the water changed. If what worries you is what you cannot see, such as scale inside a new tankless heater, a conditioner is often enough. We will help you decide which describes you. Whichever you choose, the spec sheet lists the running cost so the comparison is fair.
